Responsible for HARTMANN USA's strategic direction and day-to-day operations, our leadership team is made up of talented professionals with extensive experience across the healthcare industry.

Jon brings several years of wound care experience in various engineering and production management roles. In his past role as VP of Operations, Jon was responsible for production, quality and logistic/supply chain excellence across HARTMANN USA. He brings deep operations experience with a focus on streamlining processes and delivering bottom line results.

Aaron brings broad accounting and finance experience in various industries to the HARTMANN USA leadership team. Aaron has a strong background in setting up and leading finance organizations, along with implementing strong controls and procedures, In his past role as Corporate Controller, Aaron was responsible for accounting, working capital, and reporting excellence across HARTMANN USA. Aaron holds a BS in Accounting and completed his MBA at the University of Virginia.

Kelly Horner has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry and is Advanced Wound Product Certified. Kelly's background includes Account Management, Sales leadership, Sales Training, and Marketing. At Hartmann, Kelly's priority is understanding customer needs. She leads a team in developing solutions and tools to support healthcare providers and patients in their wound management journey. Kelly earned her B.S. in Medical Technology at the University of Tennessee.

Todd DeVee has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. He has an extensive background in Sales Operations, Sales Training and Sales Leadership in the North American market. Throughout the course of his career, Todd has developed a broad customer and distributor network in Extended Care and will continue to strengthen these at HARTMANN USA. In his current role, Todd will develop his people to outpace the market, while cultivating new markets and opportunities with the right strategy and portfolio for HARTMANN USA.
